30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Not happy with your glasses? No problem. You can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your glasses arrive broken or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silverbackglasses.com. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund β€” no return shipping required on your end.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (or approve a damage claim), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items
