Returns & Refund Policy
30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
Not happy with your glasses? No problem. You can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.
To start a return, email support@silverbackglasses.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your glasses arrive broken or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silverbackglasses.com. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund β no return shipping required on your end.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return (or approve a damage claim), refunds are processed within 5β7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been significantly damaged through misuse, or items returned after the 30-day window. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just reach out and we'll do our best to help.
